Bidding on your brand name is allowed. Is someone doing it?

Someone Is Buying Your Brand Name Right Now.

Competitors and affiliates bid on searches for your name and intercept customers who were already looking for you. BrandProtektor finds every ad, captures the evidence, shows you what it costs, and goes after it for you.

your brand

Illustration. Type your site and watch. Your audit shows the real ads on your brand searches.

You pay twice.

They searched for you. A rival’s ad took the click. Now you pay again to win back a customer you had already earned.

Your own name costs more.

Every extra bidder in the auction pushes up what you pay for clicks on your own brand.

You pay commission on your own customers.

Affiliates bid on your name, pass the click through their link, and collect on a sale you would have made anyway.

Takedown

Found It. Now We Go After It For You.

Authorize us once. We contact the advertiser on your behalf, keep you copied, file the complaint with Google, and re-scan until your name is out of their ad.

Example wording, filled in with the brand you typed above. Nothing is sent without your authorization. A formal legal letter goes out under your name or your attorney’s.

Brand Analyzer

Protect It. Then Know Exactly What To Do Next.

Protection shows you the leak. The Analyzer shows you the market around your name: how much demand there is, what competitors are running against it, and your next move.

    What it costs you

Put a Number on the Leak.

Your own estimates, multiplied by 12. Nothing here is a benchmark, and nothing you set leaves this page. Your audit replaces the guess with the ads actually running on your name.

    Estimated annual leakage $45,000

That’s $3,750 a month going to someone who bought your name.

    Find My Real Number

Three Beliefs That Keep the Leak Open.

    Google protects my trademark.

Google can restrict your name in ad text after you complain. Anyone can still buy it as a keyword. Your audit shows both, so you know which fight you are in.

I’d need an agency to watch this.

You enter a domain. Scheduled scans run daily and alert you when a new advertiser appears. The report is written for a marketer, not an analyst.

Brand protection is an enterprise expense.

Most tools in this space are sold through a demo and a quote. BrandProtektor is self-serve, and your first audit is free.

Built by Zenith Interactive, a Google Ads agency. This is the leak we kept finding in client accounts, so we built the scanner we wanted.

    Questions.

Is it legal for a competitor to bid on my brand name?

In most markets, yes. Google generally allows another advertiser to use your trademark as a keyword. What Google restricts, when the trademark owner files a complaint, is your name appearing in their ad text. That is why dated evidence matters.

What do I need to give you?

Your domain. That is all. We do not need access to your Google Ads account, and there is nothing to install.

Can’t I see this in Google Ads already?

Auction insights lists the domains that showed alongside you, when you were in the auction. It does not show their ad copy, whether they used your name, or where their ads lead. The audit captures the ads themselves.

What can I do with the evidence?

Send it with a trademark complaint to Google, hand it to your lawyer, enforce your affiliate terms, or take the dollar figure to your team to decide whether to defend your brand terms.

Can you get the ad taken down for me?

We go after it for you. With your authorization we write to the advertiser, copy you on everything, and file a trademark complaint with Google, which can restrict your name in their ad text. We then re-scan to confirm it is gone. Whether an ad comes down is the advertiser’s and Google’s decision, so we cannot promise an outcome.

Is this only about stopping competitors?

No. The same scan shows the demand for your brand over time, what each competitor says in their ads and where they send people, and specific next moves for your own paid search.

What happens after the free audit?

You read your report and decide. Daily monitoring and alerts are there if you want to keep watching.
